Description
In the paper, it is concluded by describing the process of output signal of NaI (Tl) detector that the peak value vmax and its time tvmax are independent random variables, tvmax follows the uniform distribution in all measuring time, the probability density function of vmax approximates the energy spectra function. Concluding the probability density function of vmax by analazing the existing γ/X spectra, sampling the time tvmax of output signal peak value vmax of NaI (Tl) detector. The simulation results are that both simulating and primary signals have the same time character and the similarity of simulating and primary spectra are similar very much. (authors)
