Description
The aqueous cake treatment obtained by sintering of initial borosilicate ore with Na2SO4 has been considered. The dependence of cake aqueous treatment on extraction temperature of sodium sulphate from the aqueous solution; transition of sodium sulphate into aqueous solution on treatment duration; ratio of solid and liquids phases has been studied. The optimal conditions of cake aqueous treatment are: treatment temperature - 950-1000 deg C; process duration - 60 minutes; ratio of solid and liquid phases - 1:2. Under these conditions the sodium sulphate removing is 79.1%.
