Gauge theory physics for supercolliders
Description
This talk describes some recent progress in understanding the physics goals for supercolliders. Results are based on increasingly realistic calculations from several workshops, especially the 1986 Snowmass Study, as well as various works by individuals. The emphasis is on finding experimental endice for Higgs physics, since that is the central problem of particle physics today. The status of other analyses of possible extended gauge theory physics is briefly discussed
