- 1. Brookhaven National Lab., Upton, N.Y. (USA)
Description
An apparatus and technique are described for the preparation of tellurium metal targets. Isotopically enriched 122Te was melted to a thickness of 0.125 mm on to a high-purity gold foil in a hydrogen reduction furnace. The physical characteristics of the Te-Au interface were investigated with a scanning electron microscope. (author)
