Synthesis of intermediates of tritiated bioorganic compounds

Description
The synthesis of intermediates for the preparation of tritium-labelled nucleic acid components is described. The UV spectral characteristics and the mean Rsub(f) values for the thin-layer and paper chromatography in five solvent systems are given for the synthesized nucleoside bromoderivatives. In addition, a general scheme for the synthesis of intermediates for the preparation of tritium-labelled (at positions 2 and 3) DL-amino acids is presented. Unsaturated azolactones and α-hydroxy-imino acids are considered as intermediates
