Effective interaction in p-shell nuclei and the realistic interactions
- 1. Vikram Univ., Ujjain (India). School of Studies in Physics
- 2. Indore Univ. (India). Dept. of Physics
Description
The effective interaction of Jain et al (1971) is analysed with relation to its spin-tensor structure. The interaction includes the effects of the prominant core-polarization diagrams to the Yale interaction. Comparison is made with the phenomenological interactions used successfully in the p-shell region. The general features of the effective interactions are discussed. (author)
