Effect of density on HTSC ceramics physical properties
Description
To determine the effect of density on physical properties of HTSC ceramics a study was made on magnetic susceptibility, specific resistance and critical current density of Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy samples of one and the same composition but different density of Y1-nHonBa2Cu3Oy composition, where n value was varied (0,05;0,1; 0,15; 0,2). It was shown that increase of density of samples leads to growth of magnetic susceptibility and critical current density in superconducting state and to decrease of specific resistance in normal state. This was revealed both for samples of the same composition and for samples with different content of components
