Low carbon steels of the highest quality, a requirement in modern technique

A survey of several major present and future requirements of steels is presented. Special consideration is given to the qualities of low carbon steel compared with high grade steel. Metallurgical possibilities for obtaining the desired qualities are discussed. Examples are given and future development discussed. (Auth.)
