Quasistatic Stark profiles of hydrogen lines broadened by plasma turbulence

Description

The universal Stark profiles of Balmer lines up to H18 for turbulent plasma are tabulated. In contrast to analogous Underhill-Waddel Tables intended for laminar plasma, in the present calculation the Rayleigh distributions of electric fields are used instead of Holtsmark distribution. A set of profiles obtained represents a base for developing a spectroscopic method of investigations into nonthermal phenomena mechanisms in cosmic plasma
