Spectral and temperature investigations of photoelectric properties of reduced LiTaO3 crystals
Description
Results of investigation into spectral and temperature (20-200 deg C) dependences of photovoltaic current, compensating field, conductivity, photoconductivity and photorefraction in reduced LiTaO3 crystals are presented. Sufficiently high anisotropy of photovoltaic current dependence on polarization of exciting light was revealed
