Description

A solid phase radioimmunoassay with 125I is described for cardiac patients. The test for the digoxin determination and the poisoning due to cardiac glycosides can be measured very accurately and carried out easily. In addition, the test determination can be automatically performed in connection with other tests. (GSE/LH)

Es wird ein solid-phase radioimmunoassay mit 125J fuer Herzpatienten beschrieben. Der Test fuer die Digoxinbestimmung und die Vergiftung durch Herzglykoside ist sehr genau messbar und zugleich leicht durchfuehrbar. Zusaetzlich laesst sich diese Testbestimmung in Verbindung mit anderen Tests automatisieren. (GSE)
