This volume of International Journal of Modern Physics E contains the Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Nuclear Physics at Storage Rings (STORI'08) which was held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, China, from 14-18 September 2008...More than 90 scientists and students participated in the STORI'08 conference. They came from 25 institutes and universities of 10 countries around the world. The conference was mainly devoted to the scientific reports and extensive discussions on the recent advances and the near future prospects in atomic, nuclear and hadronic physics at storage rings.
