Thermodynamics of the subcritical area of the metallic cerium

Description
A two-phase one-component heterogeneous system is studied with he method of thermodynamical stability theory. According to the Rainford-Edwards model, the calculation and analysis of the position of binodal and spinodal on the γ - α phase diagram of cerium are carried out. The results are compared with experimental data
