EPR investigations of diamond like carbon films, exposed to pulse laser irradiation with an additional accelerating voltage

Description

In work influence of conditions of synthesis diamond like carbon films on their paramagnetic properties was investigated. Dynamics(changes) of growth of carbon layers on a glass matrix by means of an irradiation of a graphite target by the pulse laser in conditions of vacuum is investigated at submission of an additional negative voltage up to 720 V. All samples the signal with value g - the factor, equal 2,0020 was registered. In addition used accelerating voltage renders essential influence on paramagnetic properties carbon films, exposed to pulse laser irradiation (authors)
