Atomic emission determination of certified trace components in sweet water of Havana
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Geokhimii i Analiticheskoj Khimii
Description
A highly sensitive thin-layer atomic emission method has been developed for determining Co, Cu, Tl, Ba, Fe, Mn, Pb, Cr, Ni, Al, Mo, V, Zn, Sr and Be in fresh waters of Havana containing between 72 and 257 mg/l of major constituents. Optimal conditions for the analysis are provided at a total concentration of major components of 1 lg/l. 10-Fold evaporation preconcentration is necessary to meet these requirements. The limits of detection are between 2.5x10-4 and 5 mg/l, the relative standard deviation is 0.1-0.15
