Heat-emitting surfaces for investigation of processes at liquid-metal/solid-wall interface

Description

The heat flux from a heated surface into a liquid depends not only on the parameters of the contacting materials and on the state of motion but also on local processes on the contacting interface. For liquid metals acting as highly reactive substances, these processes can be caused by different, unpredictable reasons, which are of special importance when the readings of some measuring device can be influenced
