An important part is devoted to radiation protection, agreements to organisms in charge of monitoring in radiation protection for every type of nuclear activity, decrees relative to nuclear facilities ( releases of effluents), dismantling of the Super Phenix facility in order to allow the processing of sodium and alloy of sodium-potassium, publication of the London protocol to prevent any seas pollution coming from wastes immersion.
