Peculiarities of electron structure of high-Tc superconductor compounds of yttrium ceramics

Description
Quantum-chemical investigation of the electron density redistribution in a superoconducting ceramics is fulfilled in dependence on the doping degree and type. Are calculated clusters: Cu3O12, simulating YBa2Cu3O7; Cu3O10, simulating YBa2Cu3O6; CuZn2O1)2 and CuZn2O10, corresponding to Cu atom substitution in the Cu-O planes. It is shown that Cu substitution by Zn in an yttrium ceramics practically keeps the hole number on the plane, but changes their symmetry and leads to superconductivity disappearance
