The effect of structural defects on magnetic field distribution in YBa2Cu3O7-x films
- 1. AF Ioffe Phys. Tech. Inst., St Petersburg (Russian Federation)
Description
In the present work the magnetic field distribution in HTSC ceramics and epitaxial films was measured and the corresponding screening currents were found. The epitaxial films were treated as granular superconductors. The implementation limits of various field distribution models are discussed. The magnetic measurements are compared with the film structural parameters. Structural perfection of the specimens was studied by differential X-ray diffractometry and topography. The granule size and the characteristics of intragranular deformation were obtained using differential diffractometry. (author)
