The crystal structure of the R10Ni9In20 (R=Ho,Er,Tm,Lu) compounds

Description
Crystal structural of Ho10Ni9Jn20 compound is determined (sp. gr. P4/nmm, a=1.3286(3), b=0.9083(3) nm, Z=2). Parameters of atoms are defined in isotropic approximation up to R=0.069 by 506 independent reflections. Ho10Ni9Jn20 compound is the first representative of a new structural type: coordination numbers of Ho atoms - 17 and 16, Jn atoms - 13 and 12, Ni atoms - 10 and 8. Isostructural compounds are detedcted with Er, Tm and Zn
