Investigation into character of electroluminescence of the CdF2-rare earths monocrystals
Description
Electroluminescence of CdF2 monocrystals activated by the rare-earthions was investigated. Brightness of the electroluminescence depends on the excitation voltage pulse repetition rate, pulse duration and duty ratio. On the basis of the obtained data the recombination nature of the electroluminescence in CdF2 monocrystals activated with the rare-earth
