Compressible Ni and Reduced Graphene Oxide (Ni-rGO) Coated Polymer Foams for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Shielding

Description
Novel high-performance Ni-rGO coated polymer (NiGP) foams for EMI shielding were developed with a dip-coating and reduction method. The obtained NiGP3 foams with a thickness of 10 mm prepared by 3 rounds of dip-coating, exhibited excellent EMI shieling effectiveness (EMI SE) of 24.03−27.71 dB at 30−1500MHz, which can fully meet the requirement of practical application. Furthermore, the NiGP foams maintain the compressibility of the original polymer foams. (paper)
