Description
The McCune-Albright syndrome consists of a combination of fibrous dysplasia of bone and endocrine lesions with abnormalities of pigmentation. The condition is rare and may be missed, as happened in our case. The case showed extreme skeletal deformities, menarche at one year and peculiar histological appearances. (orig.)

Beim McCune-Albright-Syndrom sind fibroes-dysplastische Knochenveraenderungen mit endokrinologischen und Pigmentstoerungen kombiniert. Das Krankheitsbild ist selten und kann verkannt werden, was an einem eigenen Fall beschrieben wird. Der erste Krankheitsfall imponiert durch extremste Skelettdeformitaeten, Menarche im 1. Lebensjahr sowie Besonderheiten in der histologischen Beschreibung. (orig.)Additional details
