Description
The effect of atmospheric radioactive emissions from United Kingdom nuclear installations on acid deposition is assessed. Nitrogen oxide and ozone production resulting from and associated with discharges of airborne radioactivity, comparison with conventional emissions, and the direct effects of radioactive emissions on trees, are all discussed.
