The PUREX/UO3 Standby Program is the Westinghouse Hanford Company (WHC) program to prepare the PUREX/UO3 facilities for an extended standby period. This management plan has been developed to outline the program objectives, plans, baselines, organizational and individual responsibilities, and controls to be implemented in the management of the PUREX/UO3 Standby Program. This plan will be reviewed periodically (at least annually) and any necessary revisions will be made as agreed to by the major program participants.
