Determination of main electrodynamic characteristics of superconducting microstrip resonators

Description
Analytical ratios for the MBR quality and surface impedance are obtained by solving the task on free oscillations of microband resonator. The analysis of the resonator quality frequency dependence showed that on frequencies close to 1 GHz and above the quality is determined practically by losses on radiation. It is established also that the losses on radiation depend on the value of the sublayer dielectrical permeability. 7 refs., 3 figs., 1 tab
