Reactor safety considerations during major safety system retrofit on a fuelled Pickering Unit
Description
Pickering Unit 4 underwent a five month outage, ending April 1989, during which major modifications were made to all the safety systems. Since the reactor remained fuelled during the outage, complex scheduling and innovative work methods were required to ensure that all reactor safety considerations were met. (author). 1 fig
