Creators
- 1. ANDRA, 1-7, rue Jean Monnet, 92298, Chatenay-Malabry Cedex (France)
Description
The legal and historical framework for radioactive waste disposal in France is presented. Then, a retrospective look at the public debate held in 2013 is proposed. It covers the preparation phase and the running of the debate process. The French national commission for the public debate published its report with comments and recommendations in February 2014. Finally, the experience of information and dialogue from ANDRA's point of view is described. The follow-up measures decided by ANDRA gives a first glimpse of the ANDRA approach to information and dialogue. (authors)
