Elastic scattering of 16O on 18O including backward angles

Description
The elastic scattering of ¹⁶O on ¹⁸O has been measured for incident beam energies of E_lab=24,28, and 32 MeV at center-of-mass angles up to 150°. The angular distributions exhibit pronounced oscillations at backward angles which may be interpreted as due to the occurrence of an elastic transfer.
