Description

Methods of determining tellurium (4) microamounts by ion-exchange thin-layer chromatography method on cation-exchange layers with atomic-emission monitoring of metrologic parameters are developed. When providing the complete Te extraction from primary sample the detection limit makes up 3x10-5-3x10-6 % for 1 and 10 g sample mass respectively
