Influence of technological operations on the transition of radioactive Cesium from meat to finished products

Automatic translation: The literature describes in some detail the methods and approaches that make it possible to significantly reduce the content of cesium isotopes in contaminated meat raw materials. The most acceptable of the existing ones is the process of wet salting of meat, which can be used at every meat processing enterprise also for cleaning meat from radiocaesium.

В литературе довольно подробно описываются способы и подходы, позволяющие значительно снижать содержание изотопов цезия в загрязненном мясном сырье. Наиболее приемлемым из существующих является процесс мокрого посола мяса, ко- торый может применяться на каждом мясоперерабатывающем предприятии также и для очистки мяса от радиоцезия.Additional details
