The construction of permanent standards for scintillation counting involving the use of polyethylene mini-vials
Description
A method is described and evaluated of providing permanent and semi-permanent sets of standards for the routine counting of biological samples in polyethylene mini-vials by constructing sealed glass mini-vial standards within conventional polyethylene counting containers. Much time and labour can be saved by this method of providing sets of standards for quench correction of samples. (U.K.)
