Polarizing and load characteristics of thin-film photovoltaic element on the base of vanadylphthalocyanine
Description
Load and polarization characteristics have been obtained for photovoltaic element with chlorosilver and platinum auxiliary electrodes at different surface areas of the main platinum electrode pigmented with vanadylphthalocyanine. The dependence of these characteristics on electrolyte pH has been considered. The values of inner resistance, maximum power of the element, and efficiency under different conditions have been calculated. The conditions are considered at which light energy transforms into electric. The maximum transformation efficiency is 2.2% in the main absorption band as calculated with respect to absorbed light power
