Description
Two-dimensional Kelvin-Helmholtz instabilities in compressible flows are numerical simulated. Results on the instability of a sinusoidal disturbed stream are shown. At the upper and lower side of the stream Kelvin Helmholtz instabilities appear, which lead to the development of a Karman vortex street
