Particularities of copper structure state after low-temperature recrystallization

Description

Structure state formed in result of long-term ( ∼ 1 year) low-temperature (300 K) annealing of copper which was preliminarily rolled at 20 K was studied. It was shown that a considerable number of structure elements which are typical for rotation plasticity was observed after annealing. Possible influence of collective dislocation movement processed on the development of recrystallization under crystal lattice distortion conditions and relatively low level of thermal activation is discussed
