Description
The ground state band of 48Cr has been extended to high spins by the reaction 24Mg(32S,2α). The assignment of the transitions was based on γ-γ-γ and γ-γ-particle(E, ΔE) -coincidences. The data confirm theoretical predictions based on full fp spherical shell model calculations. (orig.)
