State diagram and physical properties of solid solution Gd5Bi3-Er5Bi3

Description
Article presents the results of study of state diagram of Gd5Bi3-Er5Bi3. It is defined that concentration dependence of resistivity and thermo electromotive force of solid solutions of Gd5-xErxBi3-Er5Bi3 (x=0.5-4.5) correlates with state diagram Gd5Bi3-Er5Bi3. Crystallochemical studies showed that solid solutions of Gd5Bi3-Er5Bi3 system crystallize in rhombic structure Y5Bi3 type.
