A test plan for the BD/ECC1A phase of the BD/ECC Test Program is presented. The test program will investigate system-core spray interaction under LOCA conditions in a scaled 218 BWR/6 test apparatus. Test parameters and ranges are selected; individual tests are defined and arranged in a test matrix; and measurement and data utilization plans are proposed
