Description
Dielectric properties of Sr Ti O3 and Sr0.5 Ba0.5 Ti O3 films are studied in contrast to properties of ceramic specimens used as targets for film sputtering. High-temperature phase transition in Sr0.5 Ba0.5 Ti O3 films is observed approximately under the same temperatures that in three-dimensional specimens. Maximum in temperature dependence of dielectric permittivity linked apparently with transition to ferroelectric phase occurs under near 70 K temperatures in Sr Ti O3 films in contrast to three-dimensional specimens
