Breit–Wigner resonances in the scattering of holes by supercritical impurity in graphene can manifest themselves as peaks in the experimental current-voltage characteristics near the Dirac point. Homogeneous stretching of gapless graphene allows fine tuning of the Fermi velocity and, consequently, the critical charge of impurity

Брейт-вигнеровские резонансы в рассеянии дырок на закритической примеси в графене могут проявиться как пики на экспериментальных вольт-амперных характеристиках вблизи дираковской точки. Однородное растяжение бесщелевого графена позволяет осуществить тонкую подстройку скорости Ферми, а следовательно, и критического заряда примеси
