A fast implementation of CT statistical reconstruction methods
Description
Statistical Reconstruction Methods have great advantage in image reconstruction, compared to analytical Methods. However, its huge computation time limit its application. It brought up a method of shortening the coefficient matrix computation time by pre-calculating the matrix and storing in hard disk. This method prompted the reconstruction speed and can use the exact projection coefficient matrix which will improve the reconstruction image quality. (authors)
