Higher structures in algebraic quantum field theory

  • 1. Fachbereich Mathematik, Universität Hamburg (Germany)
  • 2. School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Nottingham (United Kingdom)

Description

A brief overview of the recent developments of operadic and higher categorical techniques in algebraic quantum field theory is given. The relevance of such mathematical structures for the description of gauge theories is discussed. (© 2019 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
