Description
Low energy beam transport line is required to match the beam from ion source to RFQ. Apart from this the LEBT is required to perform many more tasks like pumping, housing the diagnostic elements. In case of SNS it is also required to perform the chopping. The current paper describes the design study of the electrostatic LEBT. (author)
