Determination of radiochemical purity and radioprotein content

Description
The chromatographic and electrophoretic determination of the radiochemical purity of radioprotein is described. The quantitative determination of the radioprotein was carried out spectrometrically using Folin's reagent. The addition of 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative to the radioprotein reduces the content compared to benzyl alcohol-free samples.
Abstract (German)
Es wird die chromatoyraphische und elektroplioretitsche Bestimmung der radiochemischen Reinheit von Radioprotein beschrieben. Die quantitative Bestimmung des Radioproteins wurde spektrometrisch unter Benutzung von Folins Reagens durchgeführt. Die Zugabe von 0,9% Benzylulkohol als Konservieninysmittel zum Radioprotein erniedrigt die Gehaltsicerte im vergleich mitl benzylalkoholfreien proben.Additional details
