Description
We use a mean-field approximation to describe the propagation of nontopological solitons in the QCD vacuum. The basis of our approach is the assumption that QCD exhibits a Bose--Einstein condensation phenomenon, with macroscopic occupation of the zero-momentum mode. Within the context of approximations made here, we find that only color-singlet solitons propagate in the vacuum. copyright 1989 Academic Press, Inc
