Description
The flare of the classical nova using the reactions of CNO-cycle is described. Evolution of the nova after the flare and its relation to conventional hydrostatic evolution of white dwarf predecessors is considered. The role CNO-cycle in the determination of difference between fast and slow novae is analyzed. It is shown, that flares of classical nowae can be explained in the framework of thermonuclear explosion model
