Self-coding rod position indicating system based on software compensation

Description
At present, the coils-coding rod position indicating system is generally used to detect the control rod position in the PWRs. Based on the coding principle of the system, the self-coding rod position indicating system is developed. For improving the indicating systems' output signal to noise ratio, the two kind system adopt the compensatory coils and make them link with the indicating-coils differentially in the detectors. This research advances and demonstrates in theory that the compensatory coils above could be canceled but the detectors are compensated by software. So the new detector, Self-coding Rod Position Detector Based on Software Compensation is designed. This way further makes the detector structure of the indicating system simple and the advantage of less coils and short length axially got. So the detector can be used in 200 MW Nuclear Heating Reactor (NHR-200)
