Thermodynamics of phospho(arseno)uranic acids and their crystal hydrates

Description
In adiabatic calorimeter at 298.15 K standard enthalpies of reactions between water solution of hydrofluoric acid and stoichiometric mixtures: uranium(6) oxide, potassium orthophosphate (arsenate) and potassium nitrate; phospho(arseno)uranic acid and potassium nitrate, have been determined. From the results obtained standard formation enthalpies of HP(As)UO6 and HP(As)UO6 · 4H2O have been calculated. The absolute entropies at 298.15 K have been ascertained for phospho(arseno)uranic acids, as well. 12 refs
