H-NMR study of human liver biopsies with the low resolution technique
- 1. Dipartimento di Fisica - Universita di Bologna, Bologna
Description
We present preliminary results of a proton magnetic resonance (/sup 1/H-NMR) study of human liver biopsies to possibly correlate the /sup 1/H-NMR data with: a) the clinical chemical data, b) the morphology and the water content of samples. Although a larger number of samples is required to establish a possible significant difference between NMR data of livers with aspecific pathological lesions and those of normal livers, a significant difference of NMR values has been found between the metastatic tissue and the normal liver
