Electric discharge method for production of high-purity plasma from dielectric material
Description
Electric discharge method for production of high-purity dielectric material plasma with minimal content of electrodes material impurities is dealt with in this work. The results of tentative electrophysical optical and spectroscopic studies of the source of high-purity erosion plasma are described. The purity of erosion plasma produced by this method is close to one receiver by laser methods
